Every good project manager will tell you that planning for a project is the MOST IMPORTANT part of any project. It’s imperative that those working on a project know why they are doing things, how to do them, and what the expected results are.

Planning ahead of time helps to eliminate issues down the road, helps to eliminate confusion, eliminates stress, identifies issues ahead of time, and results in a smoother more cost effect outcome. 

Most marketing companies will offer a “1 size fits all” plan without doing their due diligence and actually learning about you, your company, your services/products, or your competition ahead of time.
